Abstract:
Formal case files relating to certification of interstate auto transport companies in Wisconsin. The records include applications, hearing notices, transcripts, exhibits, orders, decisions, and notices of cancellation. Certificates were issued “pro forma” to companies engaged in interstate commerce, but they were required as a means of insuring submission of reports and collection of fees and taxes.
