Abstract:

Records of formal cases heard before the Commission relating to rules and regulations in the use of highways by trucks, buses, and motor coaches. Records include applications, complaints, briefs, exhibits, notices, transcripts, memoranda, and orders of the Commission in cases relating to common or contract motor carriers' operating permits; and to routes, restricted highways, commodity or volume rates, overcharges on freight, passenger rates, and extension and abandonment of service.
