Abstract:

Formal cases held before the Commission relating to the authorization of specific issues of securities by public service corporations. The records include certificates of authority, applications, notices, orders, decisions, exhibits, briefs, transcripts, memoranda, and correspondence. All securities cases have an SB or 2SB prefix. Beginning in 1975, cases are identified by a new PSC alphanumeric code.
