Abstract:
Records of the Racine Chamber of Commerce in Racine, Wisconsin, organized in 1912 as the Racine Commercial Club and known from 1921 to 1952 as the Association of Commerce. Comprised of minutes, budgets, committee records, correspondence, and reference materials, the collection documents efforts to establish a University of Wisconsin campus in Racine, to attract international trade, to improve area transportation, and generally to promote local business interests.
