Valuation records of gas stations and bulk plants in Wisconsin prepared by John R. Herman for the Standard Oil Co. (AMOCO) to aid in negotiating property tax values with Wisconsin assessors. Records include photographs of the properties, legal description, sketches of lots, lists of equipment and improvements, and values.
