Abstract:

Papers of Van Ostrand, of Neenah and Antigo, Wisconsin, a dealer in timber lands in Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, and Idaho. Included is business correspondence, 1899-1901, 1909-1911; family letters; genealogical notes on the families of Chapman, Culver, and Van Ostrand; agreements and deeds; and two diaries by William L. Culver, Mrs. Van Ostrand's grandfather, kept in Connecticut in 1881 and in Portage, Wis., in 1884.
