Included are by-laws, board of directors and staff meeting minutes; financial statements, and other administrative records; correspondence and internal memoranda; and information (including one tape recording) on cooperatives with which ICA worked. The client files variously consist of agreements, contracts, correspondence, research files, business plans, loans, financial statements, and articles.
