Records of the Madison Press Connection, a Madison, Wisconsin, organization which produced a daily newspaper first published in 1977 as a strike paper during a labor dispute with Madison Newspapers Inc. The paper ceased publication in 1980. Included are minutes of administrative and departmental meetings concerning operations as a worker-managed cooperative; microfilmed clippings about the history of the paper and the strike; stock, circulation, and business records; and reporters' research files concerning sports and other topics.
