Abstract:

Papers of Gamble, a Milwaukee superintendent of the Bureau of Street Construction, most dating 1946-1954 during construction of Milwaukee's expressway system. Primarily scrapbooks on expressways and highway planning, the papers also include a small amount of personal correspondence and biographical materials, and a study of Milwaukee's traffic flow (1946).
