Minutes of a non-profit organization of business and professional people, originally named the Beloit Commercial Club, dedicated to furthering commercial enterprise in the Beloit area. The group promoted tourism and city planning, urged industries to relocate in Beloit, lobbied for tax reform, promoted beneficial highway planning, and encouraged community pride through various projects.
