The collection consists largely of research files containing print and near-print publications from both the U.S. and the Philippines. Also included are clippings, correspondence (both original and circular letters), scattered unpublished reports and articles, flyers, leaflets, speeches, meeting files (agendas, notes, et cetera), and correspondence with Filipino leaders Lorenzo M. Tanada, Charito L. Planas, and Jose W. Diokno.
