: This series includes a variety of materials gathered from unorganized parts of the collection, some of them duplicated elsewhere. Although a number of filing system indexes are included, the various offices changed their systems often enough so that the indexes give only a general idea of organization systems and contents, and are only marginally helpful for locating files.
