Abstract:

Legislative papers of Wisconsin state representative Spencer Black (Democrat, 77th Assembly District), who served in the Wisconsin State Assembly from 1985-2011, consisting of reports, statements, and correspondence pertaining to the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Department of Transportation (DOT), Department of Justice (DOJ), Gaming Commission, and others involving mining issues, cranberries, land use, recycling, surface waters, stewardship, out of state issues, boating acts and licensing, trails, wetlands, environmental impacts, transportation, forestry, groundwater, biotech files, acid rain, cable television, global warming and alternative fuels. Also included are some of Black's press releases, elections and campaign finance materials, and matters related to the Ethics Board.
