Records include operating statements, revenue and expenditure ledgers, records of membership contributions, and product/menu lists. Also included is correspondence between member fraternities, sororities, and businesses, and minutes and meeting materials for the FBC Board of Governors, as well as documentation of an embezzlement case in which a cooperative employee used FBC monies to pay off a gambling debt.
