Documents filed in Lafayette County Court concerning the probate of estates, termination of joint tenancy, filing of a will or guardianship. Includes petitions, orders, letters of administration, wills and inventories of estates.

Note:

Records from 1853-1930 (Reels 1-114) were microfilmed in 1986 by the Genealogical Society of Utah which holds the master negative. Records from 1931-1966 (Reels 115-175 ) are positive copies of film produced in 1993 by the Document Imaging Management Center.
