These records include materials prepared by the County Clerk in the performance of his duties or filed with him by the County Board, individual county officers, or private citizens. Most date before 1947 with only a few items after that date. Included are resolutions, petitions, tax papers, school censuses, bounty certificates, election records, correspondence, reports of county officers, yearly crop and dairy statistics, justice dockets, assessment rolls, and poll lists.
