Records, 1960s to 2008, of the Wisconsin Federation of the Business and Professional Women Green Bay-De Pere chapter, consisting primarily of minutes from local and state meetings. Although it contains some state-level materials, the collection is firmly rooted in local chapter-level records mostly retained by women from the Green Bay-De Pere chapter. Publications, such as directories, manuals, handbooks, awards, convention programs, and local, state, and national newsletters, are also included. The records showcase the evolving professionalization of women in the workforce, and the way in which women's advocacy groups worked to increase the quality and quantity of professional opportunities for women. The collection also contains scattered documentation of local group histories, such as a scrapbook, correspondence, budgets, and newspaper clippings.
