Abstract:
Minutes of meetings, resolutions, ordinances, reports to the Council by city officials and Council committees, inaugural addresses of the mayor, record of accounts and orders paid, legal opinions of the city attorney, and annual financial reports of the City Treasurer and City Clerk. A record of licenses issued by the City Clerk for 1872-1873 is at the end of Volume 1. The series consists of scrapbooks of clippings of the published, official proceedings taken from city newspapers. Some of the paper had deteriorated prior to filming and is illegible.
