Minutebooks and brief miscellaneous other records. The “other records” include annual reports for 1932 and 1935, a few scattered minutes of the Land Acquisition and the Employment committees, clippings, and letters. These papers were included prior to filming in volumes labeled “First Draft Minutes.” These volumes largely contained duplicate minutes so were not filmed in their entirety. Only these “other records” not included in the main series of minutebooks have been copied. (Because the First Draft volumes were tightly bound, the left edge of the pages is often illegible.) Accompanying the first 3 volumes of minutes are short topical indexes.
