Abstract:
Statistics filed with the county clerk by town assessors. Agricultural statistics show amount of principal crops grown during the preceding year, acreages growing during the reporting year, and number and value of dairy products and livestock. Dairy statistics show name, value and location of creameries, cheese factories, and milk condenseries, number of patrons and contributory cows, pounds of milk received and butter, cheese, and condensed milk produced, and names and addresses of owner or manager and operator.
