Abstract:

Documents showing conveyance of real estate, which include deeds and may include warranties, tax deeds, and foreclosure documents. Entries show names of persons involved in land transfer, legal description of land, and amount paid. The indexes contain names of grantors (sellers) and grantees (purchasers) noted in the real estate deeds. Indexes show date and time the deed was recorded, names of grantor and grantee, type of instrument, description of the property, and volume and page number of the deed record where the instrument is recorded. This microfilm was produced by the Genealogical Society of Utah, 1983. Originals are in the Buffalo County Register of Deeds office, Alma, Wis.
