Abstract:

Documents recording the conveyance of real estate. Type of documents present include deeds, quitclaim deeds, warranty deeds, land contracts, sheriff's deeds on foreclosures, guardian's deeds, and land patents. Entries typically show date, names of grantor and grantee, description of property, names of witnesses, amount paid, date recorded, and notarial acknowledgement.
