Abstract:

Interview conducted by Dale Treleven of the Historical Society staff with Elizabeth Sullivan, former executive director of the Dairy Council of Milwaukee, an organization sponsored by farmers and dairies for the purpose of promoting health and good nutrition through the use of dairy products. Sullivan also discusses her work for Brownberry Ovens, circa 1960.
