Abstract:

Files documenting Sargoy & Stein's work for United Artists specifically background information and documents pertaining to audits, courts cases, and settlements. The audits of theaters were conducted to ensure that there was no fraud pertaining to percentage contracts, underreporting of ticket sales or false tax returns. Also includes, one folder relating to 16mm print copyright infringement.
