The file is arranged alphabetically by picture title. Titles for pictures that were part of a series are retained in the original filing order: in some cases the titles will be together as a unit (e.g. the Billy the Kid series), in others they will be scattered throughout the file under the picture titles (e.g. the Buster Crabbe series). Folders are numbered consecutively (e.g., Box 1 ends with folder #20; Box 2 begins with folder #21). Materials within individual folders are arranged roughly chronologically.
The last two boxes contain miscellaneous materials, usually relating to a series of pictures, filed under the name of the producer or producing company.
The contents list gives box and folder number, title, name of producer or production company, and program dates.
