Abstract:
The files of the United Artists' legal counsel. This is the largest and most comprehensive series in the United Artists (UA) collection, documenting the policies, activities, and structure of United Artists. Included is correspondence of UA executives with the O'Brien office, internal communications of the office, and various legal documents such as contracts, incorporation papers, and briefs and transcripts from litigation.
