Abstract:

The Jessie Gruner papers of Margery Latimer (1924-1982 approximately) contain correspondence, newspaper clippings, typescripts, manuscripts, a magazine, and other writings pertaining to Jessie Gruner's relationships with Margery Latimer and other contemporary writers of the time. Jessie is noted as a friend of Latimer, and was herself a high school English teacher in Watertown, Wisconsin.
