Access Restrictions

Handling of the lantern slides in box 37 requires the assistance of an archivist. There are no access restrictions on the rest of the materials, and the collection is open to all members of the public in accordance with state law.

Acquisition Information

Plymouth Church donated the bulk of this collection in November 2000 (accession 2000-024), with additional materials donated in April 2002 (accession 2001-108), May 2006 (accession 2005-066), and May 2009 (accession 2008-063). Plymouth Church donated additonal materials in July 2010 (accession 2010-010), February 2012 (accession 2011-037), July 2012 (accession 2012-002), August 2012 (accession 2012-018), and September 2013 (accession 2013-017).

Processing Information

Lisa Jacobson began processing the collection in 2000. Nicole Jackelen, Christel Maass, Matthew Peterson, and Amelia Klem finished processing the collection in 2002-2003. Ryan Claringbole processed accession 2005-066 in January 2007. Bob Jaeger (supervised by Christel Maass) processed accession 2008-063 in June 2009.

In November 2011, Bob Jaeger removed 22 safety film negatives and placed them with other safety film negatives.

Kimberly Howard (supervised by Christel Maass) processed accessions 2010-010, 2011-037, 2012-002, and 2012-018 (boxes 43-47) in July 2013. Hayley Jackson updated the finding aid to include information about accession 2013-017 in September 2013.
