There are no access restrictions on the materials, and the collection is open to all
members of the public in accordance with state law.
The researcher assumes full responsibility for conforming with the laws of libel,
privacy, and copyright which may be involved in the use of this collection (Wisconsin
Statutes 19.21-19.39).
An unknown donor transferred the collection to the Archives prior to 1989.
Mark A. Vargas processed the collection at the Archives in November 1993. The files
generated or compiled by Teter while he was head of the Department of Social Work were
left in his manuscript collection, rather than integrated with the official School of
Social Welfare records, to preserve the context in which they were created.
