Abstract:
Records of the department chairman consisting of correspondence; department committee, faculty, and executive committee minutes; and miscellany. The correspondence files largely consist of letters between the chairman, dean, and associate dean of the College of Letters & Science documenting staffing, budget, course and curriculum developments, and other department activities. The department committee, faculty, and executive committee minutes document matters regarding courses, enrollment, staffing, budget, and other department activities and administrative concerns. The collection also includes several master's degree proposals.
