Administrative records of the dean of the Lubar School of
Business Administration and its predecessor institutions, the UWM School of Business
Administration and the University of Wisconsin-Extension's Division of Commerce. The
majority of the records date from the 1960s to the early 2000s. The records document the
accreditation process, committee business, newsletters, community ties, curriculum
development and daily affairs of the School. The collection contains correspondence of Deans
H. F. Klingman (1963-1966), C. Edward Weber (1966-1976), Eric Schenker (1976-1997), Charles
O. Kroncke (1997-2001), and V. Kanti Prasad (2001-2009) concerning curriculum development,
funding, and staffing. American Association of Collegiate Schools of Business files document
the School of Business Administration's accreditation proceedings, and the role of this
accrediting body. Only a few pre-1956 records of the division exist, and most are enrollment
reports. The collection contains restricted unclassified personnel files for school faculty
and administrative staff. Also included are syllabi files of courses offered by the School
of Business between 1977-2013. English
