all members of the public in accordance with state law.

Wendy Innis donated the collection to the American Geographical Society Library
in April 1992.
Norman Stewart processed the collection which was originally placed in with the
Association of American Geographers Records (AGSL Mss 23). Since then, the AGSL
processed this as a separate manuscript collection.
