The collection is arranged into the following series:
- General Files,
1937-1948
- Centurama,
1940-1951
The materials are in alphabetical order by subject, then chronological within each
folder. There were a number of folders in the unprocessed papers labeled
“miscellaneous,” in their original arrangement in the mayor’s office. These
materials were sorted by topic during processing and are listed in the finding aid
as “miscellaneous”.
