weekly reports of Commission activities addressed to Lieutenant Governor Martin J.
Schreiber, chairman of the WARBC; files of correspondence prepared by the Commission for
signature by Governor Patrick J. Lucey; and speaking engagement files, dating from 1973
to 1976 and consisting of correspondence requesting an appearance and often a
presentation by one of the Commission staff members, usually Jean Helliesen or R.
Richard Wagner, speeches or speaking notes, programs, and related material. The speaking
engagement files are arranged by date of engagement.
