Abstract: Records related to the administration of the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act (CETA) in Wisconsin. Records include administrative correspondence, council and committee materials, complaints and appeals, district level information, and some files related to the Governor's Special Grants. The Wisconsin Youth Initiative is well documented as is the operation of CETA in conjunction with Native American tribes.
