Abstract: Attorneys' opinions and background material regarding such subjects as business management, state patrol, motor vehicles, rails, aeronautics, transit, highways, and planning issues created as a result of requests for clarification or interpretation of laws and regulations by the state Department of Transportation. Records also contain correspondence with legislators and the public regarding transportation issues.
