Abstract: Correspondence, memoranda, reports, surveys, and materials related to highway, railroad, and waterborne transportation in Wisconsin, including special studies related to various transportation modes. The records were used to support planning and policy decisions by the Division of Transportation Investment Management and as a record of past accomplishments and methods. Some records were created by the Division of Planning and Budget, and the State Highway Commission.
