Abstract: Records of the state agency responsible for administering laws regulating the liquidation or reorganization of banks in financial trouble. Records consist of correspondence, lists of depositors, court records, inventories of assets, and reports of examinations. They are organized in four series: Liquidation Files, 1895-1971; Segregated Trusts, 1932-1971; Closed and Doubtful Banks Correspondence, 1904-1945; and Reorganized Banks, 1932-1945.
