The first financial audit of ARCW was conducted in 1988 and reflects a nine-month fiscal period from April 1, 1988 to December 31, 1988 due to a change in the ARCW fiscal year from a March to a December fiscal year end. Similarly, the 1999 ARCW audited financial statements reflects an eight-month fiscal period from January 1, 1999 to August 31, 1999, due to a change in the ARCW fiscal year from a December to an August fiscal year end. The 1988 and 1989 fiscal period audits are combined and included in the 1989 statement. Similarly the 1990 and 1991 fiscal period audits are combined and included in the 1991 statement.
