Series: 7. Fundraising, 1990-2014
: Special event fundraisers have been an historic Vivent Health strategy for
raising private sector donations. They are high profile and high energy
events that provide donors with the opportunity to contribute funds to
Vivent Health and to gather in solidarity with fellow donors gaining
inspiration for continued support of Vivent Health. Annual fundraisers
include the Make A Promise Gala, which began in 1986, and AIDS Walk
Wisconsin, which began in 1990. These two events draw thousands of Vivent
Health supporters and raise hundreds of thousands of dollars every year.
