There are no access restrictions on the materials, and the collection is open to all
members of the public in accordance with state law.
As a preservation measure, researchers must view the digital copy of Pabst Pledge of Quality rather than the original film reel.
The researcher assumes full responsibility for conforming with the laws of libel,
privacy, and copyright which may be involved in the use of this collection (Wisconsin
Statutes 19.21-19.39).
The Pabst Brewing Company donated this collection in November 2000 (accession
2000-006).
Michael Doylen and Jesse Gant processed the collection at the Archives during spring
2006.
In September 2011, Bob Jaeger disassembled the "Blue Ribbon Town, U.S.A." scrapbook (vol.
65), which was in poor condition, and placed individual items in box 4, folder 1.
In September 2016 Ashlie Biddle (supervised by Brad Houston) separated a poster from the
UWM Theatre Department Records (UWM AC 85) and placed it in an oversize folder in the
Pabst Brewing Company Records.
