Microfilmed probate files containing papers relating to guardianships (including those for minors whose parents are deceased) and to the settlement of deceased individuals' estates. Includes wills; inventories of real and personal property; oaths, reports and accounts of administrators or executors; statements of claims against estates; papers relating to suits against estates; petitions and court orders for sale of real and/or personal property; warrants, contracts, sworn testimony, and similar papers.

The case files are divided into two parts; probate case files of adults and case files in which a guardian was appointed because the heir was a minor. Case files in each portion are arranged alphabetically by last name of the deceased.
