Abstract:

Records of the International Union of Electrical, Radio, and Machine Workers (IUE, AFL-CIO) Local 1032, a Whitewater local organized in 1958 representing the employees of Whitewater Electronics Inc. The records include membership surveys, IUE charters, correspondence, programs and training manuals, and Board of Directors' meeting notes. Programs focus primarily on the Leadership Training Institute for members interested in pursuing IUE officer roles. Also included are Whitewater Electronics Inc. annual contract negotiations and agreements with the IUE between 1971 and 1980.
