Abstract:

Commission election and unit clarification case files created pursuant to Chapter 111, Subchapter 1, 4 and 5, Wis. Stats., and Wis. Adm. Code ERB 1, 3, 10, 11, 20 and 21. Cases created and maintained by the Commission for the purpose of promoting peaceful labor relations in the State of Wisconsin. Case files utilized by the Commission in maintaining a legal record of each election directed, held and certified, or unit clarification of a voluntarily recognized unit. Case files required to maintain an historical record of bargaining units and other interested parties. Case files are reopened from time to time to clarify bargaining unit. Only those cases where an election has been directed, held and certified or where a voluntarily recognized unit has been clarified by the Commission will be sent to records storage to be kept for 75 years.
