Scope and Content Note: Consolidated annual plans and performance reports, 1992-2000, of the Department of Administration's Division of Housing and the Department of Commerce for the expenditure of funding received from HUD for various housing and community development funds: Community Development Block grants for housing, Emergency Shelter Grants (ESG), Home Investment Partnership Program grants (HOME), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS grants (HOPWA). Also included are background materials for the 1994 CHAS plan, although the final plan itself is not included nor is the background data and citizen input as extensive as in earlier accessions. In addition, the files include 1997 summaries of housing and population trends in various Wisconsin counties, lists of HUD grant recipients, and press releases.
