Abstract:
Records, 1967-1976 and 1983-1986, of the Statewide Coordinating Council (Health Policy Council) and its councils and committees. The council is required by the federal Health Planning and Resources Development Act. The series heavily documents a Wisconsin Department of Health and Social Services-American Public Health Association study conducted by the Bureau of Comprehensive Health Planning (BCHP) and the Community Health Action Planning Service (CHAPS) in January 1971. The study consisted of a local survey of Oconto County to better understand the delivery of health services in a defined area.
