Abstract:

Black and white and color photographs and negatives of bridge and highway construction projects and their immediate urban and rural surroundings in Brown, Manitowoc, Outagamie, Sheboygan, and other counties within District 3. Prominently documented are the Tenth Street Bridge in Manitowoc and the Fox River Bridge in Appleton. Also included are color snapshots of the fabrication in Japan for the Tower Drive Bridge on I-43 in 1978.
