Abstract:

Correspondence, maps, memoranda, reports, and studies related to land and water use management. Major topics include the Critical Resources Information Program, Land Resources Analysis Program, Land Use Information System, and the Water Diversion Task Force. The early files in this series are those of Allen H. Miller of the State Planning Office. The files dating after the Coastal Management Program formally ended in 1983 are those of Peter McAvoy of the Department of Administration as chair of the Great Lakes Governors Task Force on Water Diversion and Great Lakes Institutions.
