Abstract:
Miscellaneous muster rolls of Wisconsin Militia and National Guard companies dating from the end of the Civil War to the turn of the century. Included are miscellaneous muster rolls, 1874-1879; muster rolls and morning reports of the 1884 encampment of the Wisconsin National Guard; officers' military record forms, 1886-1888, and semiannual muster rolls of the Darlington Rifles, 1884-1897, Company K of the First Wisconsin Infantry. The last named records show the names and ages of all members of the Darlington Rifles, changes since the last report, absences, and remarks. The officers' military records, which are alphabetically arranged by name, include organization, ranks and dates of promotions, residence, and date and place of birth.
