Records consist of a general subject file, including blueprints, progress reports, and correspondence with the federal Rural Electrification Administration and the Wisconsin Rural Electric Cooperative Association. The files include loan papers for the establishment or extension of rural electrical service, bulletins, orders, memoranda, charts, work sheets, studies, statistical material, and reports. The records document the process of rural electrification in Wisconsin during the years of national concern over rural electrification.
